Clients receive a document checklist when their matter opens. A reminder is sent after 7 days. If documents are still missing after 14 days, the responsible lawyer reviews the file.
Client guide / §1.2 · Consultations
Initial consultations are 30 minutes and cost $150 plus tax. The fee is credited toward the retainer if the client proceeds. Staff confirm every booking.
Office handbook / §3.4 · New inquiries
Every new inquiry receives an acknowledgement within 15 minutes, day or night. No one is accepted as a client until a person completes the conflict check.

I’m Umar Amjad, founder of Genotecq, an AI-first company for law firms. I’m also a Software Engineer and Enterprise Zoho Architect at TELUS, where I work on a CRM platform used by 3,000+ sales reps and connected to 15+ internal systems. I build the same kind of CRM and automation systems for law firms, sized to a firm.
At Bluewire, I built a risk-intelligence platform from scratch that processes about 9 million new data points a month. Now I bring that same engineering to law firms, with confidentiality designed in from day one.
