Who this policy covers

This website is operated by Umar Amjad, founder of Genotecq. This policy explains what happens to information you share through the site.

Starting a conversation

The contact form asks for your name, email, optional firm name, area of interest, and a short description of what you need. When delivery is configured, these details are sent to my email through a form delivery service so I can reply. Please do not include client names, confidential matter details, passwords or other sensitive information in the form.

If the form reports that delivery is unavailable, your message has not been sent. A success confirmation appears only after the delivery service accepts it.

Abuse prevention

The form validates submissions and uses a hidden spam field. When delivery is enabled, a short-lived rate limit based on your network address helps prevent abuse. Hosting providers may also keep standard security and access logs.

Site analytics

If analytics is turned on, the site uses Google Analytics to understand visits and usage. The Google tag may use cookies and send usage information to Google. Contact form message content is never sent as an analytics event. Learn more in Google’s Privacy Policy.

Demos

The demos on this site use Northgate Law, a fictional firm with sample data. They run in your browser, do not contact external accounts, and do not send anything to a live AI model.
